Chronicles of the 1st Age
That the 1st Age is referred to as the Age of Death is a bit of a misnomer. The Age began with time itself and the Eternal did begin with life. However, when Artiquibus Blackstone makes a pact with the Daemon Lord Da'myn'gyth, the Age of Death truly begins. It continues until the Advent of Darkness and sees in its time the beginning of the War.

Chronicles of the 2nd Age
The Age of Darkness, as the 2nd Age is called, began when the Daemon Lord Da'myn'gyth had successfully gained a significant foothold through the Cycle of Incarnation and was able to make his advent into the Nightscape. It marks the beginning of the Daemon wars and is ended with the Sunder.

Chronicles of the 3rd Age
Also known as the Age of Twilight, the 3rd Age takes places a few hundred years after the Daemon Wars which ended with the Sunder. Technology has flourished and what was once called Mancy has now been reclassified as Metaphysics. Society as a whole is attempting to rebuild as they cling to the left over debris that once was Eydya.
